2009 project to create an edition of 50 cast concrete FEAR sculptures for Type A commissioned by the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Robert Goff Gallery.  Starting with a 3D print, a urethane rubber mold was made in multiple parts and a custom concrete recipe was developed for casting.  During the process, Type A altered the direction of the new sculpture, fabricating it in one piece, but then breaking and reassembling it.  Project included custom printed packaging.

New York based Type A is the collaboration of Adam Ames and Andrew Bordwin [typea.us]. Their video, video installation, photography, sculpture and drawing deal with issues of masculinity, competition and collaboration in contemporary society. Type A is represented by Rober Goff in New York.
